we *are* enough

A significant part of my work this year has been focused on private coaching and thought partnership with women in various seasons of life and leadership.

It's work that's less visible than my consulting practice, largely due to the confidential nature of our conversations and explorations.

What I can share is a phenomenon that runs through virtually every engagement: observing incredibly capable, high-achieving women in perpetual cycles of overthinking, overdelivering, and undervaluing their skills and contributions.

We are our own worst critics and (unintentional) saboteurs. AND, too often, we recognize this in our peers and let it go unchallenged.

Despite all the leadership programs, public-facing awards, and other initiatives established to encourage and celebrate women leaders, founders, and pioneers, we fail each other on the daily.

My personal aspiration for the next few months is to acknowledge those whom I learn + take inspiration from. To actively scan for opportunities to champion and cheer each other on. And to privately encourage and hold up the mirror to those who need a reminder that they are enough. MORE than enough.

I'm still pondering how best to effectively walk my talk on this, and am open to conversations with folks with aligned intentions who would like to chat or explore this together. If that includes you, let's chat.

In the meantime, cheering you on in the week ahead,
